Liquid phase automatic sampler
1. Fully open transparent design, allowing every subtle mechanical movement to be fully visible

The measuring pump with a special material as the plunger rod is designed for suction, and its high-pressure sealing ring has a service life of over 1 million times, which is 10-20 times longer than the service life of similar products internationally. It can also ensure continuous use of the whole machine for 3 to 5 years without the need to replace vulnerable parts
4. The unique design of the injection needle is different from traditional injection needles. The injection needle adopts a side hole injection method, and the injection hole is not located at the top of the injection hole tip. Instead, a small hole is opened on the side to effectively prevent plastic particles from entering the sample needle. In addition, micro holes are opened on both sides of the sample needle to prevent the generation of bubbles during liquid extraction
5. Multiple intelligent functions
The ARCUS 5 automatic sampler has adopted multiple patented technologies in its design and development, equipped with multiple protective measures, which can minimize the damage caused by improper operation to the automatic sampler as much as possible.
① The pressure sensing unit constantly monitors and detects pressure changes in the pipeline. When the sampling needle is blocked, it can stop running in a timely manner and sound an alarm, effectively preventing unpredictable faults caused by pipeline blockage.
② In order to avoid operator errors affecting the normal operation of the instrument or damaging the instrument, the missing bottle sensing unit is equipped with a missing bottle sensor. When the bottle holder of the instrument cannot detect the sample bottle, the system will automatically prompt to stop sampling or skip this position to collect the next sample bottle
③ When the top needle sensing unit detects hard objects on the sample tray or inverted sample bottles, and the injection needle cannot be smoothly inserted, it will automatically lift to avoid damage to the injection needle caused by misoperation
④ The leakage sensing unit mainly monitors the leakage of the injection valve to avoid inaccurate injection caused by leakage
⑵ Tray automatic recognition unit
In order to meet the different needs of users, the Acrus 5 automatic sampler can be equipped with three different specifications of trays, and can automatically recognize the specifications of the left and right trays and automatically locate the X and Y positions of different numbered sample bottles, avoiding sampling position positioning errors caused by incorrect tray numbering settings.
